With GuardChecker, using proper authorization, you can view all reports on any computer, anywhere there is an internet connection. There is no need to download, print, fax, etc, to see performance reports. You can see them as quickly as your client.
IT, a very scarce resource!
Some of the larger security companies have their own IT staff, but this may be limited in small to mid size companies. Even though there may be staff, in the current tech environment these folks have to service a wide variety of devices. The IT burden is demanding and expensive. With GuardChecker the IT burden is almost zero! You might have to do a little work to integrate the time and attendance feature with your accounting system, but that’s about it.

Real time, failure to report, ALERTS!
As you are aware, one of the major concerns for any Security Company occurs where there is not 24 hours coverage, and the scheduled guard does not to report for duty (or reports late). Normally the first time you hear about it is from your irate client.
With GuardChecker we have the “Phone In” option. This option requires the guard, within a specific time frame, to call in to a 1-800 number using a prescribed telephone and enter a guard specific PIN. If everything goes as planned the call will be entered in the data base and be routinely viewed when you check your reports. If the guard does not phone in as planned, then immediately after the time frame has expired, alerts will be sent out real time. Txt messages and emails will be sent to the mangers you have previously designated.
We also strongly recommend that the guard continues to sign in using the time and attendance device once he arrives on site. This “belt and suspenders” approach prevents any spoofing and permits the time and attendance procedure to work smoothly.
