Powerful, Flexible Report Writer
The designed flexibility of TempChecker’s report writer is one of our defining capabilities. While we do have standard reports, it is fairly easy for us to create customized reports to meet your specific needs. We’ll do this during set up, but it will always be possible to modify as your business expands. There is no need to burden your IT folks for a new report. We’ll do it much faster, better, and less expensively.
Emailed reports available
While the first line managers will retrieve and review their detailed reports on a daily basis, we have found that some of the more senior managers prefer periodic email messages containing critical exception information, e.g., daily and weekly usage by office. Because TempChecker is web based we can provide this option as frequently as required.
Real Time No Show alert service available
The TempChecker Service also offers our unique Phone In option. This option alerts Staffing managers immediately, by text and email, if a “mission critical contingent worker” does not report to work as scheduled. This permits the Staffing Agency to be working on a backfill before the client calls.
