We've made the entire process as simple as possible. Each temp will have their own barcode or iButton. Each facility where they work will have an "in" and an "out" (and we can narrow it down to departments, too). They merely follow a two-step process each time they arrive or leave:
When each temp arrives
1) They scan their own barcode/iButton
2) They scan in.
And when they leave
1) They scan their own barcode/iButton
2) They scan "out".
It's that simple.
Periodically, the data must be uploaded. Then you can log in to your secure online database, where all of your temps' hours are stored permanently. We can even set up your record cycles to line up with the staffing agency's invoice schedule.
