Guard Tracker reports can easily be customized to meet the security needs of your company. The standard daily reports are shown below, but we can also easily summarize your reports to show longer periods of time, missed actions, or whatever you request.

Guard Tracker reports are safe, stored on our secure database which requires a User ID and password to view.  Multiple users can access the online reports at no extra cost.  Authorized managers can limit who has access with password control.

Guard Tracker reports are readily available as soon as data from the collection device is downloaded.   View your security guard’s performances anytime, anywhere.  Reports also remain in the database to research historical problems or support analytical studies.

Daily Employee Report (Guard):  This report shows by guard name, the date and exact time of every scan made in 24-hour period.

Daily Location Report: This report shows by specific location the date, time, and guard that made each scan. This report will show every required location/action in the data base regardless of whether the check took place or not.

Daily Chronological Report: This report shows scans in the order they were made within a 24-hour period.  Data includes the date, time, guard’s name and location of scan.
