Guard Tracker is a web based system that provides oversight of a security guard’s performance. The performance information includes:

1.               The date and time the guard began or ended their tour or patrol.

2.               The date and time the guard made specific checks or took specific actions.

One of the major advantages of Guard Tracker is that it permits any authorized manager to review this performance on any computer connected to the internet, anytime, anywhere. The vast majority of the other systems on the market cannot do this. Managers don’t have to wait for reports produced on the one licensed computer and then routed to them using paper logs, emails, etc.

Regardless of a system’s performance, price is important. Guard Tracker is the most cost effective system on the market! It costs dramatically less than the few web based systems that exist, and it is less expensive than most of the domestically produced off the shelf, non web based guard tour systems. As mentioned earlier, Guard Tracker reports are easy to access, anytime, anywhere. Additionally Guard Tracker was designed to make it easy for new client specific reports to be created. Time periods (weeks, months, other) can be summarized by guards, locations or both. Historical analyses can be created to support investigations, and many, many more report options depending on the client’s needs. No other security guard application offers this feature as easily as Guard Tracker.

Because Guard Tracker is web based and not tied to a single licensed computer, there are absolutely NO limits to its scalability. Further, reports can be easily consolidated from widely separated locations for immediate review by all levels of management. None of the non web based alternatives can offer this capability.

Every client is unique. Therefore the data collection methods must adapt to the client’s specific requirements. Currently Guard Tracker supports two iButton methods; iBR9000 and PulseStar.  These are the most common and least expensive approaches.

TIP – For companies that already are using iButtons, Guard Tracker can use those installed iButtons, and the company can UPGRADE to web based system at an even lesser expense.

Reports can be checked online from any computer with internet access so you know the exact date, time, location, your guards performed their patrols.
