Background
Oversight’s founder has extensive, first-hand experience monitoring performance. While there are excellent tools for monitoring performance that is directly related to a company’s products or services, there are far fewer tools to monitor overhead activity performance. Based on specific client requests from Lockheed Martin, Hubbell Lighting, Gold Kist, American Security, Knights Apparel and others, Oversight Inc. created applications that dramatically raise the bar in measuring those indirect, overhead areas.

Our Values
The following design parameters were used in all of our applications:
- Must be cost-effective.
- Must be user-friendly.
- Must be easy to access client data anytime, anywhere.
- Must be flexible and adaptable (so that we can tailor each application for each client, instead of forcing them to adapt their business practices to fit a shrink-wrapped package).
- Must make indirect performance more accountable.

Using these parameters, we developed Oversight applications in the following areas:

1. Security Guard Tour Tracking
2. Temporary Employee Time and Attendance
3. Fixed Asset Management and Inventory

These three applications exist today, but our system architecture is designed so that new indirect performance monitoring applications are always in development.

Reflecting our values, all our applications are web-based. By being web-based, it makes it much easier for a manager to measure performance for any of his/her facilities, far and wide. And there's no need to wait for paper reports.
